* What is Bridle Leather?
Bridle Leather refers to the way that a piece of leather (vegetable tanned ) is finished at the tannery. Bridle leather is stuffed with greases and finished with wax. This is generally a labour intensive process, thus expensive! Only the best grades of leather are treated like this, it would be uneconomic to treat poor quality leather in this way. Few tanneries produce good bridle leather, I buy only from J & E Sedgwick who I (and many others) feel produce the best bridle leather in the world.
All in all, bridle leather is pretty amazing stuff. I use it as it is simply the best leather available for our purposes. It is pleasant to work with and produces a beautiful product. Once it leaves me I know that it will mature well for my customers and become a trusted old favorite, becoming both more beautiful, characterful and tactile as it ages. There aren't many products produced now that get better with age, but good bridle leather is certainly one of them.

Items ship from Greece. All orders ship within processing time as described in each item's details. Shipping time is an estimate, not a guarantee. It depends on each country's postal services handling. Due to latest developments on COVID-19 restrictions postal services are having major delays and in some cases tracking does not properly work. 5-9 business days for EU, 7-20 business days for Northern America.
We also offer expedited shipping via FedEx 2nd day delivery at low cost partially funded by us. At the moment FedEx is the only reliable one, especially if you live in the States. You can ask us to invoice you the difference even if you have already ordered an item.
Keep it dry. Don’t leave it under the sun and rain.
In case of getting wet, let it dry naturally away from heat sources. Scratches may occur with normal usage. Wipe them off by rubbing gently with a soft cotton dry cloth. Occasionally treat it with beeswax based special formula commonly found in most leather shops. Alternatively we'll be happy to provide you. Apply by hand massaging carefully, leave it dry and wipe it with soft cotton cloth.

Here is how the Bridle Leather Case differs from Celyfos's standard leather cases: The bridle leather case is produced from even thicker leather, is fully lined with suede, has a heavier duty snap closure and no stitching around the edges of the flap. This case is more heavy duty than it needs to be to protect one’s glasses, but it’s even more luxurious than the standard leather case. The leather is stiffer and takes a bit more force to manipulate than that of the standard leather case. I like them both, but prefer the bridle leather case, which costs US$ 30 more. The Bridle Leather Case is without question the most elegant and overall best glasses/sunglasses case I have ever seen. if you’re someone who appreciates outstanding function and design in your personal accessories you won't be disappointed.
